The new extension has been covered with a flat three layered felt roof and a mono-pitched slate roof incorporating three Velux windows.

Large handmade wrought-iron bi-fold doors opening out to the garden area have been installed where retaining walls, garden planters and a new patio area have been created. Internally large steels have been inserted supporting the knock through, all walls and ceilings have been re plastered & decorated. New Kitchen along with new Wet room & Bathroom.

This project formed part of the joining criteria for becoming a Master Builder with the Federation of Master Builders & was independently inspected.
